Common misses
Choosing Images → PDF when the source is already a PDF. Flip the mode.
Expecting editable text in the JPG. Run OCR or Word conversion instead.
Emailing a 40 MB ZIP on mobile data. Compress PDF or export only the pages you need.
Using export to bypass a password. Unlock legitimately first.
