Email Validator Online: Format Check, Not Inbox Proof
Email validator online: Syntax-Then-Send. Format and duplicates only—no mailbox proof, no scraping. CashPilot tool for pasted outreach lists.

An email validator online job is a pasted list that still has gmal.com typos and the same address twice—not a promise that anyone will open the message.
Open it: Email Validator.
This page is Syntax-Then-Send. It is not cold email outreach for freelancers. It is not a scraper. Hub: CashPilot Free Tools.
Paste the list you already collected, fix format and duplicates, then write the actual email. A green syntax check is not inbox proof.
Disclosure: Email Validator is our own CashPilot Tools product. Facts match the live card as of this writing.

Syntax-Then-Send
SYNTAX-THEN-SEND
1. LIST → addresses you already have permission to hold
2. PASTE → one per line (or comma / semicolon)
3. CHECK → format + duplicates
4. FIX → obvious typos (gmal, missing @)
5. WRITE → the message on the outreach page, not here
A signup export with 40 near-duplicates belongs here. “Find the CEO’s email on their site” does not. The live card says so.
What the live card actually does
Live notes (re-check later):
- Check whether an email address looks valid before you send
- Format + duplicates only
- Does not scrape websites or find hidden emails on a domain
- Does not verify mailbox existence or bypass privacy
- Format score about 90/100; live mailbox proof is not included
- Best for cleaning pasted outreach / signup lists (format only)
- One email per line, or comma / semicolon separated
That 90/100 line is the card’s quality note—not a CashPilot lab test of deliverability.
If a row is pat@company, the tool can tell you it is incomplete. If the mailbox was closed last month, the tool will not know.
Common format misses a syntax pass usually catches:
| What you pasted | Why it fails a format check |
|---|---|
pat@gmal.com | Domain typo—format can still look “valid” if the TLD exists. Read the row. |
pat@@company.com | Extra @ |
pat company.com | Missing @ |
pat@company | No TLD |
| same address twice | Duplicate, not a second lead |
A format pass will not fix gmal.com if that string is still a legal-looking address. Open the cleaned list. Search for the brands you meant to write.
What this tool will not do
It will not mark someone as “interested.” It will not bypass a login wall. It will not replace an ESP’s bounce report after you already mailed.
Do not paste passwords, API keys, or a CRM export you should not have in a browser. The same caution as other text tools: this is a format pass, not a vault.
Stop after one clean pass. Running the same list five times does not make the inboxes more real. If your ESP later reports bounces, that report is the mailbox proof this page refuses to fake.
Where outreach still lives
Cold email outreach owns who to write and how to follow up. Getting clients on Upwork owns platform bids. Email welcome sequence is list-building, not syntax.
If you generate invoices after they reply, that is invoicing software or the free invoice generator—still a different job.
A weekly outreach list is enough work for this tool. A “scrape the whole industry” fantasy is not. If you do not have the address, you do not have a row. Buy or earn the list through a path you can defend; do not ask a format checker to invent people.
