CashPilot Stocks: Free Shop Inventory, Bills & Profit on Windows

CashPilot Stocks is a free Windows app (for now) for a small shop that needs stock, a grocery-style bill, and a profit number after the sale—not a browser PDF and not a full accounting suite.

This page is the Shop Floor Loop plus the official links. It is not the free invoice generator (browser PDF for freelancers) and not invoicing software for freelancers (paid tools vs a PDF). Those are client-bill jobs. This is a counter job.

Who it is for

A kiryana, clothing counter, or small electronics desk that wants:

• Item name, cost, sell price, count
• A receipt the customer can take (thermal 80mm or normal printer, or a PDF)
• A sales list that shows profit after the bill

Skip it if you need multi-branch ERP, iPhone-only, or a tool that stays offline for months. The official FAQ is clear: not a forever-offline tool.

If you only send the occasional freelance PDF, stay on the free invoice generator.

That is the whole daily path the Stocks page lists. Do not invent a fourth module that is not on the site.

1. Add or update stock (barcode scan or type-in).
2. Bill Generate → Print invoice (system print dialog; thermal 80mm or normal; optional receipt PDF). Reprint from Sales → open bill → Print invoice.
3. Read sales and profit after the bill.

If a step fails, use Support or the in-app guide—not a random YouTube “crack.”

What you get (from the official page)

We are not adding features that are not listed. If a button appears later, the live Stocks page wins.

Download, license, activate

One email = one key, locked to one device (official FAQ).

1. Install Windows Setup.exe from Download.
2. Get a free key at Get license.
3. Open the app. Enter the same email + key. Login username = that email.

Do not share one key across two PCs and expect it to stay valid. If activation fails, support or info@hhnexusmarketing.com.

Internet and the 7-day rule

From the official Stocks FAQ:

• Internet is required for activation and required updates
• After a successful online check you may stay offline up to 7 days
• More than 7 days offline locks the app until it verifies online again

Plan a weekly “open the shop PC on Wi-Fi” habit. Do not buy this as an air-gapped forever POS.
